Conscia Fractional Solutions is comprised of experienced accounting and finance professionals who have embraced fractional consulting. They are now driven to provide their skills and experience to clients who may have a gap in their current company structure.

 Our mission is to provide Fractional Services as a Solution to create value for our clients.

We find that most of our clients are startups and small businesses to medium sized companies. In many situations, a company may have the accounting and finance team to keep the business running, but they may not have the experience to provide next level services such as modeling, forecasting, budgeting, analysis, and raising capital.   We provide clients with the help they need, when they need it and for as long as they need it. 

We have no minimum hour or retainer requirements. We provide our clients the solutions they need, when they need it and for as long as they need it.

We truly enjoy jumping into a business and helping the client in any way we can. We roll up our sleeves and get to work. If a client already has a team in place, we find great satisfaction in helping team members learn and grow and helping them become even better in their roles. 

 When we start working with a client, we take great pride in being able to get up to speed quickly. In most cases we do not begin billing a client until we feel like we are contributing and providing value to the client. 

Above all, we listen. At each client we listen to everyone from the CEO to an entry level new hire. We are not know-it-all professionals who try to convince people we are the smartest people in the room. We listen, we learn, and we help the client to the best of our ability

We will talk with you to understand your needs, your budget, your culture, etc.  Once we know what you need, we will discuss your situation with a number of resources in our network.  We will submit profiles of candidates for you to review.  If you want to talk to any of them, we will coordinate calls and interviews for you.  If none of the profiles are a match, we will submit additional profiles to you until we find the right fit for your needs.

After you select the professional you want to work with, we will pay the professional and we will invoice you for the professional's work.
